The cottage was beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and homely. The Christmas tree added a festive touch, which we loved. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, perfect for a relaxing retreat. We appreciated the constant hot water and the convenience of having a lovely Lochan nearby. The thoughtful welcome tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge were a lovely touch. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
While there were a few minor drawbacks, they did not significantly affect our overall experience. The TV upstairs had no signal, and the TV downstairs could have been bigger with HD. Additionally, we found the instructions for the oven and grill to be lacking, and the fridge door had a tendency to bounce open, requiring us to place something heavy in front of it.

We recently stayed at Heathfield Highland Estate for a relaxing getaway and had a wonderful time. The cottage was very spacious, with a huge king-size bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The location was idyllic, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. Our children had a blast on the climbing frame, offering them endless entertainment. The cottage was also great value for money, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
While the kitchen had all the necessary crockery, it did seem to have a random assortment which didn't quite fit the rest of the house. Additionally, we encountered a minor issue with the shower and hoover, both requiring some tape to hold them together.

Our stay at the Heathfield Highland Estate was absolutely wonderful. The value for money was great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and peaceful walks. The staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, even leaving a delicious cake for us upon arrival. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem and highly recommend it to others.
As for breakfast items, it would have been nice to have more than one dishwasher tablet provided for our stay.

Our family had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful countryside retreat. the location was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking Scottish scenery and plenty of opportunities for wildlife spotting. the spacious rooms provided enough comfort for all of us, and the well-equipped kitchen was a definite plus. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the convenience of nearby supermarkets.
The cottage could have benefited from having more than one bathroom to accommodate our group.

The location was great, being close to all the attractions we had planned to visit during our new year getaway. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and easily access our intended destinations. Plus, there was a beautiful lake just a short walk away, which added to the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the place.
One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the mismatched crockery in the kitchen. It seemed a bit out of place compared to the overall ambiance and style of the house.

The location was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We loved that there was a large park for the kids and the dog to play in safely. the cottage itself was comfortable and well equipped. It was also great to have a lovely cake and milk waiting for us upon arrival, a nice touch. the nearby pond and walks made for a beautiful and peaceful setting. Ross and Cromarty had plenty of interesting places to visit, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues. the water pressure in the cottage was a bit problematic, as it would shut off completely if someone else was using water elsewhere on the property.

The location of this hotel is great, with a lovely lake just a short walk away, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and freezer. the heating system in the house is excellent, ensuring a cozy stay even in colder weather.

The location was convenient for our planned activities, being just a short distance away. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the cottage, especially the large king sized bed. the quiet and secluded setting made for a peaceful stay.
It would have been nice to have more dishwasher tablets provided, one per day would have been ideal. , it was a bit difficult to find the cottage using GPS, so it would be helpful to have printed directions.
